Right of Withdrawal / Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

How to Exercise Your Right To start a return or cancellation request, visit your account at https://account.lostpurpse.com and go to your Orders. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead — you will not be able to access the customer accounts URL without an email.

Cancellations If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it directly through your account.

Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. We will refund the original purchase price including standard outbound shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, digital content once download has begun, or other goods exempt under applicable EU law.
